The tracks below serve as your guide to the BYOD enrollment process. Follow these steps to become familar with with the process prior to BYOD enrollment.



You will not enroll in BYOD from this site. This site is intented to provide enrollment scenarios and instructions to help prepare and guide you through the BYOD enrollment process.


Step 1: Select your track and watch the video


What do you want to do with your corporate phone number?

Track A:
Keep it!

Track B:
Lose it!

Track C:
I'm new!

I want to keep my Quest corporate phone number.

I want to terminate my Quest corporate phone number and use my personal phone number.

I do not have a Quest owned phone.

Step 2: Visit the link below to enroll in the BYOD program.

NOTE: Do not purchase your device until you have taken ownership of your corporate phone number as this will prevent you from incurring any additional fees. Do not make plan changes until you have your BYOD phone in hand.


Step 3: Continue with your Track

Track A:

  1. Once the order is approved, you will receive an email with the information you will need to take your corporate phone number.

  2. Call your carrier to take liability of your corporate number. You will be required to order a device at this time. If you do this over the phone, your new device will be shipped to you.

  3. Email the Bell Mobility Solutions Inbox to receive corporate email. Once you are actively receiving corporate email, you will automatically be enrolled in the Quest Diagnostics Corporate Stipend Program.

Track B:

  1. The mobility service desk will send you email notification once the order is approved, as well as instructions on setting up corporate email. Your Corporate Phone number will be terminated within 10 business days of completing BYOD enrollment.

  2. Now that you have been approved, purchase a device and plan from your carrier. If you do this over the phone, your new device will be shipped to you.

Track C:

  1. The mobility service desk will send you email notification once the order is approved, as well as instructions on setting up corporate email

  2. If you do not already own one, purchase a device and plan from your carrier. If you do this over the phone, your new device will be shipped to you.
