BYOD Corporate Owned Device Reclamation Process

Thank you for enrolling in the BYOD program. At this time your old corporate owned device (Blackberry, Android or iPhone) should have its service terminated and you should be using your personal BYOD device.

Please be sure to take some time to return your old device as per the process below:

  • Gather up your Quest owned phone
  • Pack it in a secure shipping container (Original Box, Padded Envelope etc.)
  • Enclose your name and old device phone number in the package.
  • Return to using one of the following methods:

Please only return the phone and its battery; do not return cases, chargers, wires, etc. Send those items through your local Business Unit for disposal.

Please try to send back device as soon as possible. As part of the Invigorate program we want to make sure to reclaim as much value as possible.
